Jessie had a long standing interest in photography and fate stepped in when she joined a local mums group with an arts grant to study photography. Under the mentorship of photojournalist and Masters of Arts holder, Cindy Godden, Jessie delved into the world of photography and never came back. Starting off in the world of film Jessie went on to complete a short course in B&W darkroom techniques. While still a lover of film, she converted fully to digital for all client work giving her the freedom to shoot without concern of cost of film and developing. Jessie is constantly furthering her knowledge of both technical and artist sides of photography and is committed to bettering her own work. She is currently studying a diploma of photography and is a member of WPPI (wedding and portrait photographers international) and an emerging member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography).
Jessie has an extensive portrait portfolio and also does limited commercial work with past clients being ISIS Primary Care and Moonee Valley City Council.
